The entire Burrard Hotel will be transformed into a 72-room Halloween party this Oct. 26.  Approximately 1,000 guests are expected for the adult-themed Halloween Social , which will feature live music and a dance floor, multiple bars and whole hotel s worth of spooky rooms to explore.

Plus, if you re in the mood for a real fright, you can even spend the night.  The top two floors of the hotel will be decked out as Halloween VIP rooms.  Guests can rent out the rooms as part of a package that includes four all-access tickets to the party.  From your haunted balcony, you can spy on all the dancing and music in the courtyard below.
This isn t the first time the Burrard has been transformed into one big party.  The retro motor inn on the corner of Burrard and Comox Streets was the scene of a one-night, hotel-wide rager back in June featuring live music and dancing.
With its garish neon sign and cheeky, palm-lined courtyard, the Burrard  is earning a bit of a reputation as the eccentric bad boy of Vancouver hotels.  Mid-century modern architecture and reasonably priced rooms have made it a favourite among traveling hipsters and culture crawlers.
