I do not like the desert, traveling wilburys last night except for very short visits.  California businesses are going to love sand.  I have a friend who runs an insurance brokerage firm in California..  Yesterday he put his house on the market traveling wilburys last night and beginning the process of opening a new firm—in Las Vegas.  We all know people moving to Texas.  Californians are moving to States that are fight to work and low or no income taxes.
"The Greater Phoenix Economic Council will pay airfare and accommodations for the first 50 CEOs from California companies who want to check out Arizona s friendly business climate after the Golden traveling wilburys last night State raised taxes.
Arizona traveling wilburys last night has worked to provide a business-friendly environment that welcomes business and free enterprise while California has enacted policies that are the equivalent traveling wilburys last night of a closed for business sign, said Barry Broome , president and CEO of GPEC.

Arizona has worked to provide a business-friendly environment that welcomes business and free enterprise while California has enacted policies that are the equivalent of a closed for business sign, said Barry Broome , president and CEO of GPEC.
Proposition 30 raises sales taxes across California, and increases income taxes on the rich. Some of those rich CEOs may not want to move their entire company to Arizona, but GPEC s not greedy. There are 70 direct flights between San Jose and Phoenix every day, in case CEOs want to live in low tax Arizona and run their companies back in high tax California.
Chris Camacho , GPEC s executive vice president, downplayed that notion, though, reassuring me that 98 percent of the projects in GPEC s pipeline are expansions traveling wilburys last night companies opening new operations in Phoenix, rather than moving headquarters there.
Indeed, the California 50 program is part of an ongoing but less publicized 20 year endeavor by GPEC to lure business from the Golden State, as well as other target markets like New York, Boston and Chicago.
So far, no CEOs have called up for this particular program, which GPEC is paying for out of its general outreach budget for the entire United States, but Camacho hopes to give all 50 tours within 60 to 90 days.
Phoenix this week extended a handy 24-hour business permitting program to include inspections, so that businesses in the city can literally apply for a permit and start construction on the very same day.
GPEC is a public-private partnership bent on boosting economic development in greater Phoenix (which, if you have ever tried to drive across it, you know gets greater and greater in expanse every day).
Camacho, who moved a decade ago to Phoenix from St. Louis, says he wouldn t trade the four months of dry heat a year in Arizona for the sticky Missouri summers and miserable winters, and that sort of pitch goes over well with company executives from the Midwest and East Coast. It may not be as much of a draw for tech companies in San Jose, say, which lacks sultry summers and snowy winters.
