Hong Kong, 1 March 2011 – Chef Joel Huff has been named Chef de Cuisine at Azul, Mandarin Oriental, Miami’s 120-seat signature restaurant. Chef Huff’s new menu will debut at Azul at the end of March.

While at Silks, he garnered praise from critics and media including Bon Appetit, Wine Spectator and San Francisco Magazine.
