[questions on how to do] the dining plan (DDP) for split stay We have used DDP on a split stay before, but only for one part of the split stay. For our upcoming trip, we are debating getting day tours from dublin DDP for each of the 2 parts of our split stay.
Let's say we still have DDP credits to use on the day we check out of our first resort. Usually, credits are good through your last day. Does anyone know whether we can still use remaining DDP credits if we have already checked into our second resort (where we may or may not have DDP - still trying to decide)

They are linked to your resort stay and are good only thru midnight of the day that you check out. So you will have to use the points from each stay the day you check out. I am not sure if the technology is set up to transfer points over, you would have to ask when you check in but I am guessing no.
I've done this before, but it was pre-magic band. I made sure that I told the CM at the meal to use up the old credits and never had a problem. They did expire on the day of check out but I got them all used up.

We were doing split stay during our recent stay and had plans for both parts. What I did was book room only for the 1st night in second day tours from dublin resort so we had plan option for last day of part 1 then the next am I was at front desk early to check out and check back in and start part 2 Hope that helps

I thought day tours from dublin it had changed last year that they had to be used before you checked out of your first resort as the new system couldn't cope with using them up to midnight after check out. Or was that just a glitch when we were there?
