Main Street hotel The Joule will soon have a new tenant joining the likes of CBD Provisions , Weekend Coffee , and Midnight Rambler : It's called Americano , says The Dallas Morning News . Expect a "chef-driven menu" that's "Italian inspired with an American twist."
Americano will fill the space once occupied by Charlie Palmer, which closed way back in September 2013. The bad news: This just-announced concept will take the place of the previously announced Grasslands , the highly ambitious Consilient project that promised modern Texas cuisine and a mandatory map of hotels in las vegas local farm apprenticeship for all its staffers.
