I enjoy patronizing hotels, restaurants, holiday inn on the bay san diego etc., where the staff make an effort to establish a rapport with their customers. Being treated as a human rather than as an account is nice. The staff at the Hampton Inn definitely impressed me with their personable approach.
Excellent location just off I-25 at Arapahoe. Smooth check-in. Hotel is very clean, well-kept, and room was up-to-date and quite quiet and comfortable. Staff was uniformly polite. Free breakfast included a wide variety of both hot and cold items, as well as fresh fruit. Complimentary "grab and go" breakfast bags are available for these in a hurry.
The staff are to be commended for thier service and attention to detail,from the front desk to the breakfast holiday inn on the bay san diego /dining holiday inn on the bay san diego area ,room service and grounds keeping all great. the room comfortable ,and quiet,and the hotel is located close for convience to training/seminar locations. I am in Denver holiday inn on the bay san diego monthly for business and have stayed at several properties. This is the one I always go back to. It's convenient to the highway, the rooms are good sized and all have microwave and fridges. The bed is really comfortable and the room is always clean. And the rate is always better than any other property in this 'class' of hotel.
