we had a wonderful stay in this apt. The location was perfect, and very quiet despite being on a major street. The apt Faces a courtyard in the back and has a small terrace. It's very comfortable and upscale, beautiful kitchen and bathroom and Lawrence is a great host. It is a walk up so be aware you will need to be ok with climbing 3 flights of stairs. Overall a fantastic stay in the city, felt like a local living in the apt.

The apartment, the deck, the neighbourhood, the people, everything was fantastic. Some nights we were tempted to stay in just to sit in front of the fireplace and listen to the great sound system in the apartment. Great restaurants, bars, markets, shopping, the subway..., it was all right there. Thanks for a memorable experience.
How lucky was I to find the best NYC apartment, in the best location, at the best price, and to top it off, owned by the best hairdresser in Manhattan! Our stay in the Chelsea apartment was a dream come true. Beautiful decor, lovely balcony and easy access to subways and sites. Thanks Lawrence for a great stay - and a fabulous new hairdo!
