I've traveled to the Caribbean on numerous occasions; however, I've never been to St. Maarten. A friend of mine suggested my husband and I go there for our vacation--we just returned from St. Maarten (Dawn Beach) earlier this week! We had the most wonderful time staying at Caribbean Beach Villa.
When we arrived last Tuesday we were welcomed by Hans and his two beautiful dogs. The dogs are the most well behaved and friendly off leash dogs I have ever met. They keep an eye out on the property, but never bother guests.
We went to our villa and found a lovely welcome basket with a bottle of wine. Our villa was a one-bedroom with full kitchen and seating area. The view was a panoramic ocean front and endless blue skies. Our villa had a stereo, flat screen TV, and cable television for our enjoyment.
Our bathroom was large with a double vanity and our bedroom had a very comfortable queen size bed. It was so convenient to have all the necessities available in the kitchen (utensils, small kitchen appliances, dishwasher, cookware, etc.). My husband and I really enjoyed cooking our own fresh food that we picked up at the local grocery store. Even though we had a variety of restaurants to choose from within walking distance, we chose to cook most all of our meals in our villa.
The property is really well kept and clean. The housekeeping and groundsman were always accommodating. The swimming pools on the property are gorgeous! Not to mention, the beach is beautiful!!
We had the delight of staying at the Caribbean Beach Villa for a week. My husband and I have already talked about returning to and staying here again next year!! We highly recommend this property to all travelers--single, couples, and families. We're definitely looking forward to our next stay here.........
Fantastic location, fantastic accommodations, fantastic weather, one of the best vacations we ever had. 19 family members, everyone had a great time. Westin Resort next door was great for food and gambling. Mr. Busby's next to Oyster Bay was a frequent telephone number for delta airlines reservations breakfast and lunch location. Only down side was the owner has two dogs, one of them was aggressive when approached, tore the clothes on my nephew's pants. We learned which dog to avoid and made a point of avoiding it. Will definitely return.
we were delighted with our condo and at the fact we had the services of the hotel! Location was perfect for young children ( calm and clear bay), spectacular view of the beach, yet close proximity to nightlife and restaurants!! 2 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as full and functional kitchen and ample living space! We were 4 and had pleanty of space! Can't wait to return!
