Walk right out the back door to the Swimming Pool (Heated in winter!) and Hot tub area with bath facilities. You are just steps away from the Emerald Green waters and White sands of the Emerald Coast. The beach access is approx.a minutes walk from the condo, with very nice pavilion that has bath facilities, outdoor shower and picnic tables! Beach service is available for a fee.

The condo has a great location to access the beach and all the action in Destin is a short drive away. Decorations were modest, but very functional. We slept our family of 6 comfortably and would use again.
We really enjoyed the Caribean Dunes condo! It was perfect for our family of 4.The kids liked sleeping in the bunkbeds in hallway, but it was hard to sleep in, with two fishermen in the family. We loved the location and can't wait to come back!
