NBC will televise the MMA fight card. Karakhanyan, 28, won his last fight against Waylon Lowe by guillotine choke on Sept. 14, in Atlantic City.

WBO mini-flyweight titlist Merlito Sabillo (23-0, 12 Kos) fights Nicaragua's Carlos Buitrago (27-0, 16 Kos) in a battle of the undefeated on Saturday Nov. 30, in Manila, Philippines. This is Sabillo's first title defense. Also, WBO junior flyweight titlist Donnie Nietes (31-1-4, 17 Kos) meets Sammy Gutierrez (33-9-2) in a world title defense.
Former world champion Jeff "Left Hook" Lacy (25-4, 17 Kos) returns to the ring after three years and faces Martin Verdin (20-16-2) in a super middleweight match. The fight takes place on Nov. 30, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Lacy's last fight was a loss to Dhafir Smith by unanimous former sitcom star world poker tour decision.
