The "Beach Retreat" House is a 3 bdrm/1.5 bath Ocean View home w/HD Digital Expanded Cable w/3 large TV’s, Wi-Fi, larger living room w/gas fireplace & large windows, 2 level 10’ x 20’ deck, hot tub, air hockey table, foosball table & pool table (w/in unfinished garage conversion space), & custom rent a car built 12’ play structure w/tube slide & climbing wall just blocks from the casino & beach.
The "Beach Retreat" House is an older beach cottage home about 7 rows back w/varying Whitewater Ocean & Surf views from each of the 3 bedrooms, dining room, & large living room w/many updates in process. Just at the entrance of Roads End, this home is only a few minutes walk to the Casino & just blocks from the beach. New 50" PLASMA TV & Digital Expanded Cable , 42" & 32" LCD TV's, 1,000 watt home theater system w/IPhone/IPOD docking station, Wi-FI built in for Netflix, Pandora, rent a car & Blue Ray, DVD players, wireless Wi-Fi, small combination pool table/foosball table, air hockey rent a car table, w/foosball table & 3.5'x6.5' pool table within garage conversion. There is even a 6 train/controller Geo Trax set for the kids. Outdoor you will find HOT TUB w/OCEAN VIEWS, new 10' x 12' wood deck w/stainless gas BBQ, chiminea, & large hammock for afternoon nap beneath rent a car the ocean pine trees. My family and I stayed at the beach retreat house and had a great time! My 2 kids ( 3 year old, 20 month old) enjoyed running around the back yard and playing on the swing and slide. This house is close to the beach as well, which is a plus. We used the big screen to watch the Seahawks, and then enjoyed the hot tub afterwards. Everything was comfortable. The house has clean towels, plenty of cooking supplies, Even baby seats and utensils. The place is spacious so we only needed to use downstairs, it is great for crowds. We used the BBQ also, which worked great. This place is close to safeway, Mcdonalds, dollar tree, casino, Etc. Steve was easy to work with and a friendly guy. We will return. rent a car Brown family.
This house was perfect for our family. Our daughters loved the tree fort and swings. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. Close to the beach. Plus we got to bring our dogs which made it perfect! We will be back.
After reading rent a car all the prior reviews I had high expectations and they were all met. This is a very well priced vacation rental with very clean and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen as far as items like spoons, ladels, wine opener even a muddler for the mojito's. The only issue I had was a small one. When we first arrived the house was a sauna. We had to turn on the fan and open windows and then leave for a few hours to let it cool off. After that there were no problems. Couldn't figure out how to work the hot tub and Steve answered on the 1st phone call and walked me through it. Living room is huge and spacious. Overall a very good rental and we look forward to renting in the future.

We've stayed at the larger property in the past but opted for the smaller house since we were going with a smaller party. The house was great but the biggest perk for us was the large fenced yard and the huge playset. The kids loved the swings and we enjoyed many meals outside at the picnic table. rent a car The house was within walking distance to the beach but with young ones, we opted to drive. Great home for entertaining or letting the kids run and play, the space makes it very peaceful rent a car and quiet. Looking forward to our stay at the larger house in November rent a car but would definitely stay at this house in the future.
great location close to the beach and close to shopping and Casino . My family really enjoyed the house and the game room and the hot tub was really nice in the evening time and it was really nice having the dog there.
This house is the best we have rented in lincoln city so far. Plenty of room inside and the yard is where its at. Perfect fireplace with enough seating, great sized deck with a neat kids play structure to keep them occupied. Casino is right there so you can stumble home if need be. Sleeps enough people so you can bring everyone.
Whow what a great trip! We where here for my grandaughters wedding at the beach at Fogarty State Park only a 20 minute rent a car drive.We rent a car had part of our family and dogs with us! Something rent a car for everyone at this great house! Close to the beach,mall,and casnio! We had a barbacue the 1st night,walk on the beach and a camp fire! In all my 70 years it was the best place for family I have ever stayed ! Home away from home! And did I say we even had a visit from a live deer! I feed it an apple! Steve is easy to work with , very accommodating! Would highly recommend this rental! Wished we could have stayed longer! Can't wait to see Steve's finished re-modeling project! Only, negative thing I found was no instructions on how to turn on the T.V., with all the modern wi-fi,games netflex music Hard for old people that aren't knowlegeable! But my kids knew how ! All was great!
It was like being at home. The beach house was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The Jacuzzi rent a car was amazing, rent a car our kids loved going there at night. All the rooms were cozy and clean. Our kids enjoyed the front yard the most. We would like to come back again.
My family and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and have some fun together. After searching many websites, I came across My favorite beach house and instantly got excited. The pictures and description were a fit for everyone in our family. There is so much to do. Beach, hot tub, pool, foosball, air hockey, huge play yard, toys, lots of space in the house and every gadget you could possibly need. It honestly felt like home away from home. The owner is super nice and very pleasent to work with. The garage conversion is coming along very well and we are super excited to go back!!! We found our summer retreat and couldn't be more happy.
Talk about an “Incredible Over The Top” review rent a car for our “Beach Retreat” house. I hopped the garage conversion would have been done by summer, but will resume this fall/winter for this space, another bdrm & bathrm. Thanks again.
We rented this beach house in Lincoln City for my birthday rent a car weekend. We shared the house with my parents and our two grown children. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs, who had a fabulous rent a car time running on the beach and playing in the waves. It was wonderful to have a completely fenced yard for the dogs. After playing on the beach we were able to hose off the dogs and let them dry in the backyard. rent a car We used the hot tub several times and we really appreciated that the owner put fresh water in on the day of our arrival. The grown kids, 24 & 27, did not find the bunk beds or twin bed very comfortable so they both opted to sleep on the two couches in the living room. The bunk/twin beds are probably fine for children, but not comfortable for adults. The beach was handy about a 5 - 10 minute rent a car walk depending on your speed. We enjoyed the peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the kitchen table. rent a car The microwave worked well but we could not locate any glass serving dishes for cooking veggies, etc. in. All the bowls in the cupboard were plastic. Also, bring your own foil and plastic wrap as none is provided. We did appreciate having a brand new sponge, dish scraper and paper towels provided. There are two washer & dryers which made it nice for washing towels and a comforter at the same time. The new addition looks like it's coming along nicely and it will be a great addition to have a second rent a car full bathroom. We didn't have any little kids, but the play structure looked amazing. The house was cozy and warm and the living room was comfy and had a very nice big screen, high definition TV with Netflix provided for free!
