Have I missed something, why do we need about 5 hotels in Bradford? Etap, Holiday Inn, Jury Inn, Travelodge and Premier Inn to name but a few. I wonder what the occupancy rate of these hotels will be.

and the royal mail building as far as i know wont be there in a couple years they closing it down so dont know what the customers will be looking at from there hotel windows,is having all these cheap hotels built in bradford the end of the midland and hilton hotels?

It'll create more than the odd job , make the city centre more attractive and modern, bring extra visitors into the city, prove there's confidence in the city again, and the fact that they are converting an ugly disused building for one of the projects is surely even better!
