This ground floor unit sleeps 4-6 people and has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Short walk (150-175 yds.) to private beach and 25 yds. to one of the resort's 5 swimming pools. Free par 3 golf to all renters. Great location in the heart of Destin and the beautiful emerald beaches of the Gulf coast. Two televisions (one in bedroom), VCR, stereo, all towels marriott hotels orlando and linens supplied.
I m a bit late writing this review but we just booked to come back again this July 2013. We were there July 2012 and it was our 1st BIG vacation we had in a long time. The resort was well manicured marriott hotels orlando and the flowers around our condo were breathtaking. We had the golf course right behind us and a swimming pool.The canal was just right there to overlook the fishing. We chose to walk to the beach everyday-it was such a short walk. The tennis courts were on the way to the beach. Everybody was friendly.Our condo was very clean and I didn t realize the convience of having a washer/dryer in the condo. We did more laundry than I anticipated ! We considered going somewhere else this summer but our experience at Sandpiper Cove was too good to pass up. Thanks Lenny for a great time !!

My family and I had a wonderful time the week that we stayed. We could not believe how nice the staff/security people were. Everything was very convienent! marriott hotels orlando We enjoyed the pool while my husband was fishing. We drove across the street to the beach so our 2 kids wouldn t have to walk, but we loved it all!
