Customer service representative, Dane was very profesional, courteous and personable. The counter was very busy when I went to pick up car. He upgraded me for waiting and made sure my Hertz account was credited for the rental.
The Hertz agent, Nick, was fabulous. He was the only person in the office. Despite numerous phone calls and several customers, Nick remained pleasant and courteous handling each customer in turn, even those on the phone. He even vacuumed a car while dealing with someone on the phone.
