The Phelps BAR Server: The server position is part time.  The Phelps BAR is open daily from 4pm-12am, with food service cruises from san diego to hawaii ending at 10:30pm.  Shifts typically start between 3pm-4pm and end between 11pm-12am.  Duties include, but are not limited to, serving guests food and beverages, knowing information about wine that is offered, cruises from san diego to hawaii upselling food beverage options, cruises from san diego to hawaii bussing tables, cruises from san diego to hawaii prepping the bar/server well, cleaning, completing assigned side work, and providing excellent customer service.  Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.
