Baris Agacbuken moves back to Istanbul from Washington D.C. where he was head of convention services

Seven new appointments have been made by General Manager Remco Norden to form an experienced senior team leading Sales, Hotel and Staff Management, Food and Beverage Operations and Business Development. The team includes professionals from within Hilton Worldwide as well as top local talent. They are Aykut Korkmaz, Baris Agacbuken, Murat Kaplan, Vuslat Sivri, Doris Van der Geeten, Yannis Manikis and Tevfik Umurhan.
Aykut Korkmaz has spent the last seven years in London, most recently as hotel manager for Hilton London Heathrow Airport. He started his career at Hilton Garden Inn Konya where he was director of operations from 2002 to 2003. He then moved to Egypt as director of operations at Hilton Sharm Waterfalls Resort before rental car las vegas airport moving to London for the opening of Hilton London rental car las vegas airport Tower Bridge.
Baris Agacbuken moves back to Istanbul from Washington D.C. where he was head of convention services for two years at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Her 12 years  experience in Istanbul includes human resources roles with the Pera Palace and four years with the Four Seasons hotel, Istanbul.
