The 12 story tower is slated to be built around the existing pool and is expected to be completed in 14 months, just in time to ring in the New Year 2014.  It will include 140 standard guest rooms and 14 suites.  The design elements are in line with the property's Four Diamond Resort quality.

The new hotel tower will be designed by Bergman Walls Associates Architecture.  The interior design will be provided by Tandem Interior Designers and the general contracting services will be provided by The Anderson Companies, a Tudor Perini airline flights to alaska Company.
