Our stay at this house was wonderful, we had plenty of room and space the room was very spacious. This vacation home was gorgeous, clean, spacious and modern. The pool area was very well kept. Home is large enough for a large family or even a small family to get away. The house was clean and met our needs. Wish there had been dressers in the guest rooms -- could be put in the closets as the guest rooms are small. The Wifi was good and the pool was clean -- the kids really enjoyed it. It was nice to have a security system.
This house was one of the smaller homes we have rented but it was the cleanest with very few things I didn't like!! In the past I rented large homes, thinking if I paid more, that I would get a better quality home. NOT TURE! This house was very spacious and well set up. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door at how much space there was. The pool/hot tub was awesome, with good sun all day! Quite neibourhood, with enough yard behind the house for my husband and son the throw a football around. We enjoyed our vacation this past week. The Joy in The Sun Villa was wonderful. It was very clean and extremely spacious. Our daughters each brought friends and the space was MORE than enough. They really enjoyed the pool table and although we were always busy during the day we could not get them out of the pool at night. The pool was nice and warm so they could swim even when it was cool outside! Although the houses in the neighborhood were very close together it was very quiet! We visited the parks everyday and it was only about a 30 min drive. They drive was nice because you passed just about any shops/restaurants car rental vienna austria you might look for. We were also very pleased with how smooth the rental of this property went. Any questions were always promptly answered. We would DEFINITELY recommend this property!!!!!
We rented this house for my 40th Birthday Celebration and it was beyond perfect! Even with the cooler weather, the pool and the hot tub were used every day! The house has a perfect layout for families who want to be on vacation together but not all crammed together. The escape from the theme park madness was welcome at the end of each day! My 4 generation family of 9 stayed here for a week, while we did our Disney vacation...House is roomy enough for all. The grandkids 3 and 6 yrs old, had room to play, the adults had room to veg out, play pool, whatever we desired! It would be nice to add a couple barstools to the kitchen island, for extra seating. Pool and Hot tub, were great, we didn't get to use a lot because of weather, but that is no ones fault.
