Charles City, IA The Charles City Library is proud to announce recent improvements to their art gallery, cruises in august vacation including new online access and virtual tour features.  The Mooney Art Gallery contains 77 old master prints from the private collection cruises in august vacation of benefactor Arthur Mooney. Not to be confused with mass produced art prints, almost all of the works were created by their artists from conception to final completion. The prints represent cruises in august vacation a glimpse into 500 years of printmaking, encompassing three continents and various techniques. Jill Grey is the Library Director and talks about the recent gallery improvements:
Many famous artists represented in the gallery include Rembrandt, Grant Wood and Albrecht Dürer to name a few. A guided audio tour is available which provides background on the artist, subject and printmaking techniques used but Grey wants people cruises in august vacation to know that it really should be seen in person to be really appreciated:
The print collection is best seen in person but Visitors may access the tour through their own devices or through a tablet provided by the library for this use. For those unable to visit in person, the collection may also be seen online at  charlescitypl.com   The gallery is free and open to the public cruises in august vacation during library hours.
