I have had a good experience when I m booking just for my fam, but if you are going with a large group getaway is a nightmare. Their group sales is the worst customer service I ve had, and I ve owned a cell phone for years and seen my fair share if crappy customer service issues. If you go with a group, call the hotels manager and leave getaway out of it. You ll be real glad If its just one or two rooms, getaway is great!
