Welcome to Colonial Mexico! This brand new 3 bd/3 ba very private villa with bi-level pool is an intown property, close to grocery stores, fine restaurants and great shopping. Step through wrought iron gates and into gorgeous gardens and bougainvillea covered privacy walls. Stroll down the winding cobblestone path that leads to the main residence, and you might just catch sight of the brilliant hues of hummingbirds darting from blossom to blossom.
The azure blue hand-tiled pool sits just in the front of the double French doors that welcome you into the Hacienda. Slip into the warm waters where you can take a seat on one of the in-pool benches and sip on your favorite icy beverage. Stair built into the pool allows access squirt cruising to both a deep and shallow end. Two poolside palapas are connected to the main stereo system in the house, permitting your favorite music to be piped outdoors. You may just have found the perfect spot to relax unwind and leave the madness behind.
The open concept and architectural design of Hacienda Izamal take advantage of the cooling northern trade winds, but if the heat becomes a little intense, overhead squirt cruising fans and individual thermostatically controlled air conditioners will promise to keep you comfortable.

Step through the dining room doors into your own private retreat, a large screened-in outdoor palapa-covered living room. Many of our renters tell us this is their favorite space a great place to kick back, sway in a hammock and watch the iguanas sun themselves squirt cruising on the walls. If you wish, you can even cut up some banana and toss it into the backyard for the iguanas to eat. It's great fun watching them crawl down the walls for a treat. Just make sure you have a camera close at hand! This living area also has a pull-out double futon. There's nothing like sleeping outdoors in the tropics.

One bedroom has an en-suite bath, and the other bathroom squirt cruising can be accessed in the hall off of the second bedroom. The two downstairs bath and the upstairs master bathroom, sinks and showers, are all custom decorated in handmade talavera tiles, and the pressurized soft water system allows for all the comforts of home.

Browse the shops for silver, stroll the center square in the evening, sample local cuisine at superior restaurants and cafes, sip a Margarita at sunset, snooze in a swaying hammock or do the samba at Senor Frog's. You can take a sub ride, try your hand at deep sea fishing, learn to parasail, tour the mayan ruins, drive an ATV on a jungle tour, play a round of golf on our tropical course or just "hang out".
Deposits: In order to confirm your dates, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental fee, plus the fully refundable security deposit in the amount of $300.00. All fees are payable in U.S. dollars. Methods of payment we currently accept include; personal check, bank draft, money order, PayPal cash disbursal drawn on a personal bank account or PayPal credit card payment.

The house and grounds were more than we expected squirt cruising from the online photos, and the staff was always available and helpful. We enjoyed the in-town location for its easy access to groceries, restaurants, shops and just exploring. We rented a car for the week, which was the best way to see all of the island and search out secluded beaches. Although we went to the beaches everyday, time at the house was also very enjoyable.
