Ben Stiller is apparently feeling unsettled in his new home. The Toronto Sun reports that the comedian/actor/director/producer is a believer in ghosts and spirits, and fears it may be haunted. However we can't help but wonder if his worry is really due to the fact that he's officially leaving his spectacular Spanish residence in Los Angeles behind.
Stiller, and wife Christine Taylor, put their home on the market back in 2009 for $12.5 million, only to withdraw it several months later. However, classic rental cars las vegas now that they've officially relocated to New York City to make Ben's commute a bit easier (he's set to star on Broadway in The House of Blue Leaves starting in April), they've listed the stunning escape for sale once again, this time for $11.5 million.
The gated complex, is located in the celebrity-frequented  Hollywood Hills neighborhood, Outpost Estates, and is a veritible Shangri-La. It spans almost one full acre and includes 2 main houses, 1 guest house, a fantastic pool, and tons of beautiful landscaping and areas to dine and lounge outdoors while enjoying the L.A. sunshine.
classic rental cars las vegas The main homes include a total of 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, separate den, dining, family, bonus and projection rooms, a gym, library, and an office – more than enough room for Stiller and his family, and the occasional ghost or two.

Too many stairs or too many ghosts? He looked at my house in Malibu and was worried about his kids going up and down the stairs, obviously dangerous. I find it interesting the play equiptment is featured front and center in the listing, yuck
