I had breakfast at Signatures, the restaurant hotels in va beach at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Omaha , when staying at the hotel for a week while in town on business in November. Obviously, the location is very convenient for anyone staying at the Doubletree.
I did not eat any meals other than breakfast here so I cannot attest to their lunch or dinner menus. Each time I ate there I had the breakfast buffet, which I thought was pretty decent. It was good if not spectacular. There was plenty of cold breakfast items, including different cereals and individually packaged yogurt. Depending on what was being served that day, they also had waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, hotels in va beach bacon and other typical hotels in va beach breakfast fare. Of particular note, I liked the biscuits and gravy and their breakfast sausages. I did not think much of the eggs that were served, and the bacon seemed thin, overcooked, and generally unappealing. It is admittedly difficult to judge the service based on my visits to the restaurant. They made sure I had everything I needed and were prompt with the check and processing the payment when I had to leave.
