Evolution Hospitality assumed management of the 130-acre DoubleTree Golf Resort San Diego. The hotel is the 25th property in Evolution s management portfolio. The property is owned by Laurus Corporation, a private real estate investment and development firm based in Los Angeles, Ca.
The DoubleTree Golf Resort San Diego is approximately 25 minutes from Downtown San Diego and San Diego International Airport, and within five miles of leading technology companies including Intel, General Atomics, Broadcom, Cymer, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Sony, SAIC, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.
