The very first night I checked in the a/c was broken and the t.v. had no remote. When I called the desk for assistant they gave us a remote that needed to be programmed and said I would have to wait til the next day before someone would take care
of that. When we mentioned the a/c they were also unable help us and told us we had to wait until the following day. The rooms don't have any phone books and the front also doesn't have any when we asked to see one. I have never been at a hotel that made you wait to have basic amenities fixed and didn't supply a phone book or bible. This hotel I definitely would not recommend!!
hotel was a good option for the price that we paid. stayed in one bedroom suite and it was as comfy as it could be. bedroom was pretty big with an above average size bathroom in it. also had a full kitchen and extra bathroom out in the living

Decided last minute after hanging out on international ((shopping and dinner)) that we wanted to atay the night versus warner brothers studio tours driving home late. We have stayed at Weatgate Villas and knew that we would enjoy our stay at the Westgate Towers just for the
evening. The studio was clean and the room was perfect for the night. Our room overlooked the pool and to our surprise we got to enjoy the jacuzzi in our room. This place is perfect for when you plan on spending most of the day exploring Orlando.

I booked the Westgate Towers based on price and the shuttle service. First, shuttle service is very limited and only once a day. The Towers is the red headed step child of the Westgate resort. If you can, stay at the Townecenter. The resort itself
is very nice. The Towncenter shops and restaurants are well priced and good. The staff in the evening is much better than the staff in the morning. Room are not the newest and could have been cleaner. Overall an OK experience but good for the price.. STAY AT WESTGATE TOWNECENTER.
