The Castilluelo is a Super Spacious best value inn suites Villa Built during Phase 3 for us. The Executive Villa is detached and bright because, it has a window or two in every room. The house is furnished with high quality furniture. Professionally decorated by the owners in Tropical and Disney settings. It is fully air conditioned has, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is built by the same builders that built the Villas featured on ITV 2004 May.
There is a large cable TV, VCR and Stero CD Player and WI FI. Patio doors lead from the family room straight to the covered lanai and the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There's an unforgettable Skylight in the kitchen. During the day-light gaze at the reflected rays throughout the area. At first we use to check the area to see if we had forgetten a light on. On a clear night just before retiring for the night, look up thru the Skylight and Count the Stars. There is a seperate and complete Laundry room provided.
The Master bedroom (Poolside), is decorated in a Tropical theme and has a Queen size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, cable TV, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom, Natural light flows thru from windows which have blinds, a HUGE roundish Garden Soaking tub (regular type), With Armrests & Backrest & the resting seat inside the tub bearing resemblance to of all things a bottom! There is a seperate glass enclosed double walk-in shower. Two sinks in vanity cabinets, pocket doors and a separate toilet area. There are Large mirrors, pictures on the walls and a door that leads to the pool area.

Most Importantly! Our Management Company is actually based on the site of the division. So, that you can be in your villa in minutes rather than driving around to collect or return keys, etc.. The Management company is on call during regular business hours 9am-4:30pm. Management gives priorty to emergencys. Between 6pm-9am Emergency calls only. Thank you. My husband and I arrived at the villa after dark and found everything as pictured in the photos. The house had a Florida "Golden Girls" decor which we "retired" Virginians love, but was fully equipped to handle a large family with children. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool all week. The crane visited us daily at the pool. With shopping and restaurants nearby, we didn't need to get out and travel unless we wanted to. I will recommend to family and other senior friends.

This villa is very well located best value inn suites in a quite area, yet only 15min away from Disney (you go along a highway with not so much traffic). It has a Publix supermarket, Starbucks coffee, gas station and other shops 3 min away. The five of us (two adults, two kids and one teenager) adapted very well to this villa and its three bedrooms.
This was the first time we rented best value inn suites a house, and the experience was wonderful! The pool is huge and nice and warm with the heat! The hot tub is great, especially after a long day at Disney! We ate all our meals at the table ouside- the area is screened in and private. The washer/dryer is very helpful when you have a housefull (lots of towels!!!). The code for the house was given to us ahead of time, so there no time wasted on checking in, ect. When we arrived best value inn suites at the house, our grandkids were so excited to see the large pool, that they jumped in with their clothes best value inn suites on!!!! Iwould definitly stay there again!
It is our second time staying at Judith's Villa, we chose it again because it was a very nice and clean place to stay at. The pool is private and heated and the location is great. It is about 15-20min away from all the parks (Disney world and Sea World) and a few minutes away from Wal-mart. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for having best value inn suites us.
We enjoyed our stay at Judith's villa! It was a special/hard time for us as we were in Florida to see our daughter off for her first time on her own. She is down there doing the Disney college internship program. Having the use of this lovely villa made our stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. I thought I was going to be in tears from having to say goodbye best value inn suites to my daughter, but I had a more difficult time saying farewell to the awesome pool and hot tub at the villa, lol. Everything best value inn suites was clean and ready for us. It had everything we required. It was so comfortable, a great home away from home. We are looking forward to being able to use the villa again in the future. Judith and her management team were very helpful via internet and phone. They walked us through everything. As this was our first time ever renting a vacation villa, we were somewhat nervous, but now after our wonderful stay it would be hard to ever go back to using a hotel. I don't see how a person could ever regret renting this villa, it was private, yet accessible to everything. We also had a few encounters with some of Judith's neighbors... they were friendly and super nice! all in all I can't say enough great things about this rental!
we had a wonderful stay. the house was perfect. spacious, modern and clean. the pool and hot tub provided lots of fun for the kids. under 15 min drive to disney which was great. easy access to stores. property managers were very accommodating. pleasant owner to deal with. all in all, a very good experience. certainly the way to visit disney.
