Great and amazing vacation home. Located in Kissimmee , very close to all Disney parks. Located within Terra Verde deluxe resort facilities. This home comes with a private pool as well as all the resort amenities, great place for adults and kids to enjoy relax and have lots of fun while staying in Orlando/Kissimmee.
The kitchen itself is fully equipped with all pots and pans, flatware, glassware and silverware to enable you to create quick snacks and full blown family meals. Fully equipped with diswaher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc.
Also on this level is the first of 3 family bathrooms with large walk in shower, sink and toilet. The first of the 4 bedrooms is also on this level and consists of 2 twin beds, nightstand, alarm clock, built in closet and drawer storage space. There is also a wall mounted 32" flat screen tv for your enjoyment!

This huge home had everything we could ask for. Plenty of space for a family of 4 adults and 4 children. This spotless, well maintained, comfortable villa was not only the perfect place to start and end our busy days at the park, but also a wonderful place to relax on the couch with a glass of wine and some take out, the private pool was very nice for the kids. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the Club House was a great place to swim and enjoy lunch and and a poolside cocktail. golf hotel spain Close to Disney and all shopping. I have had a wonderfull time in USA. The condo was perfect. The community was really quiet en peacefull. The house was totally clean and really big. If I went another time to Florida, this one I would rent another time. Close to the parks en nearby the shopping malls in Kissemmee.
This was even more than we expected. Condo was easy to find and was away from the business of the area yet 3 mins to everything. We got to enjoy quietness and personally time yet could be were we needed to be in no time. The condo area was family friendly and our little pool off the dining area was the best. Teens could swim day and night. Everyone had their own space and it was great. This place was loaded with everything but food. We had everything we needed to make a great at home meal or go out if we wanted. That was a great way to save our money for area fun. Our girls loved Gatorland. We would stay in a heart beat if we ever come back to the area. Very Very clean and just plan nice.
The house was very nice, just what we need it for our stay as we attended a wedding of a close family member, Club house staff was pleasant, easy to get in an out of the area to get to various events.
This Property has everything you need for a stress free relaxing vacation! Short drive to restuarants, walmart, target, 15 mins to parks. Villa was very spacious, clean and most importantly comfortable beds. Looking forward to my next vaca here!
We stayed for 2 months at this property and very much enjoyed it. There are plenty of bedrooms and they are all a nice size. We loved having flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, so that everyone could retreat to their own room at night and watch what they wanted to, that is when we weren't having a shared TV/movie night.
It was nice that they provided a Playstation for some extra entertainment. The community has a great heated pool, hot tub, game room, little 'beach' area and play area for kids. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly, and everything is VERY clean and safe, being a gated community.
The only downside if you are staying a long time at this property would be that the kitchen/eating area and living room are basically all in one space. This really wouldn't bother me at all if we hadn't have been staying at the property for such a long period of time. Even with how long we were there, it wasn't a big issue, because the home is very nice and there is enough room regardless.
We travelled with 2 small kids and other couple. The resort provided good facilities at least for our family; small but nice playarea for kids, nice pool area, gym at the clubhouse. All the parks Disney etc. within good reach and not far away form good shopping golf hotel spain malls. Kitchen golf hotel spain had everything that we needed so it was easy to make food for kids. Nice thing was also the birds and turtles in the bond (kids loved those). Overall I would definately recommend to my friends and could go myself golf hotel spain again also.
My family and I (5 guest) arrived at this property 10/19 until the 22nd. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here at this townhome/villa! The pictures are very accurate and the owner was quick to respond to every question and concern. The club house is beautiful and equipped with lots of fun activities. The check in and check out process golf hotel spain was simple and the gated community is a pleasant feature. Minor issues: spots on carpet, I didnt see the PS3 Gaming system stated above, & we had a hard time connecting to the WiFi which caused us to use the computer in the club house(cost to use).

My family spent 2 weeks in this beautiful home around Christmas time. It was very homey and spacious, it had everything we needed. It is also very well equipped and close to Disney. The gated resort facilities were great for the kids, they enjoyed the stay, specially on the days we did not visit Disney parks.We are coming back again next season for sure to this home...
