5 Comments Easily my greatest regret on the activity side of life, occurred in the Grand Canyon. I'd hiked various trails including day hiking to the Colorado River and back via the usual trails and multi-day backpacking via Bill Hall/Thunder River/Deer Creek Narrows low international air ticket that I've described here, Hermit Trail, North Bass, etc... but I had heard the hike down Nankoweap Trail that included a view of ancient granaries..... .....was low international air ticket the hardest in the Canyon and included what is commonly referred to as the "scary section". Falling, getting lost, injury, running out of water, severe sun exposure, and boots falling apart from the heat are just some of the things that can spoil a walk in the park. Otherwise, it is a great experience. Mark, I hope you have crossed everything else off your bucket list before you try this one. If anyone can do it, it is you.
Don't forget about snake bites! There is little of that experience that I do not still vividly remember and I can't say that about much else.
