Late last year, Arnaldo Zanonato offered a sneak peek of the Port Adventures in Venice and Kusadasi (Ephesus) which he, and his team were putting together for 2013 Mediterranean sailings.  This week over on the Disney Parks Blog , Arnaldo, highlighted some of  the more unique European Port Adventures developed specifically for families sailing with young children.

The family sightseeing adventures continue in Turkey on the Ephesus and Şirince Village tour .  The first stop on the tour is the anceient ruins of Ephesus, Turkey s most important archelologica site for a a guided walking tour.  Following the historic tour you will take a bus ride to Şirince which is home to just 600 people. While in Şirince, the kids will have the opportunity to make bracelets with Turkish beads and symbols, while the parents can shop for local goods in the nearby bazaar.  This Port Adventure will last about 6 hours, children ages 5 to 9 will cost $79 and adults (anyone over 10) will pay $139.
