I went on The Royal Caribbean Cruise line two years ago and loved it. I think dressing up is fun and is a great excuse to doll up after a fun day on the island or ship doing activities. Nice review and very informative!!!
I m going on a cruise with RC in November. My boyfriend is going to wear a tux for one of the formal nights, and a regular suit jacket/tie on the other one. I am stressed over what to wear lol. With the tux, I was thinking a long gown, but is that too much, and I should just go with a cocktail dress? On the night he wears the suit, I ll wear a nice cocktail dress. All other nights, a sundress or a skirt and blouse would be sufficient?
Wow Tess, that is impressive your boyfriend is sporting a Tux. How nice is that?? Except for weddings, men don t have many opportunities to dress up. As far as you going with a gown that could be a bit over dressed but would be a perfect fit with your GQ man . The way I look at a cruise milford plaza hotel new york or any vacation is; I do what I like and who cares what others think. You paid for it and will probably never run into anyone milford plaza hotel new york on the cruise again. milford plaza hotel new york Although we have met many good friends on cruises. Regardless what you wear, I hope the weather is warm, your sailing is smooth and you have the time of your life. What ship are you going to be on may I ask. `Glenn
I totally understand where you are coming from. When I went through the same dilemma, I went on YouTube milford plaza hotel new york and watched some videos of formal night on RC. I noticed a lot of cocktail dresses, but I did see some long gowns too (even with gloves!). Dress in whatever makes you feel like a *princess* and makes you feel awesome inside. That s all that matters. Who cares if you are the only one in a gown, you ll just be the belle of the ball . From my understanding, the Captain s Cocktail or whatever it is called, tends to be more formal, so I would def go with a gown with that one. Oh. One more thing, make sure to take a sweater or coat with your gown. It gets REAL cool outside on the deck at night with the wind and all. Let me know how it goes and please stop by and tell me how it went! Good luck and have fun!!!
I went on a Carnival Cruise several years ago. Loved it. Will definitely go again. And yes, we dressed milford plaza hotel new york up most evenings- if not for the dining room, for the casinos and shows. I think it
