The good news is that TESLA paid back an Obama Federal Government loan of $465 million nine years early.  The bad news is that the Federal oregon wine tours government is acting like a venture capital firm, in competition with private firms.  Is this the role of government to bankroll the ideas of its supporters, or anybody else?
