Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included from the restaurant attached to the hotel, and we laid not knowing, map of downtown los angeles well the staff made sure we were reimbursed for the charge. Also I left a charger in the room and they went out of their way to hurry and find me before I left!
We were there for the night on our way to the airport the next day so for us there was no problem with the location. I found the rooms clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was nice and very clean. Beds were comfy! But what I loved the most was the excellent customer map of downtown los angeles service I received from the lady at the front desk. She was very kind and friendly!! The bar was a plus too! Definitely recommended!
I left some gifts I purchased in Costa Rica in dinning room at hotel. Staff found it and noticed it had my name one package. The clerk look. Up my name on registry and attempted to reach me. Twice!! Wow! Great, honest people. Thank you. J.Gutierrez
I had a wonderful waitress at breakfast in the restaurant (Anabel) and a very cool bartender (Linda) the night before. The front desk guy who checked me in and the the woman who checked me out the next morning map of downtown los angeles were friendly and efficient, but it took a couple of phone calls to get the shuttle. Nice staff overall.
