JLL has hired industry veteran Tom Cherry as a broker based in Los Angeles who will focus on corporate solutions, tenant representation and complex land and building sales. Cherry joins JLL as a Managing Director and is joined by Nick Niemann who will serve as associate. The duo will focus on providing leasing services to corporate occupiers of real estate in Los Angeles as well as regionally and nationally.

Their creative expertise includes successful solutions in leasing, sales, and redevelopment involving a mix of public and private clients throughout Los Angeles.

Cherry joins JLL with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Most recently, he served as senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis where they worked with major corporations, including several Fortune 500 companies, in lease negotiations, renewals and relocations, building acquisitions and dispositions, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits and financing for both industrial travel gadgets and accessories and office properties. During his career, Cherry participated travel gadgets and accessories in more than 35,000,000 square feet of assignments in 37 states and 12 countries.
