Bertke was formerly director of corporate real estate, facilities, and space management for Huntington National Bank in Columbus, OH, where he will be based. Before taking that position, he served as the leader of CBRE’s asset services operations in Columbus and Cincinnati from 2005 to 2009.
In other changes to its asset services leadership team, CBRE said that Sam Delisi will direct its premier properties initiative under the strategic accounts group, and Rob Roy will take over management oversight of markets in the Southeast U.S. Bobby Peddicord, based in Los Angeles, will continue to lead CBRE’s asset services west division.
Ron Solarz has rejoined Eastern Consolidated at an executive managing director and principal in the firm's New York City office. In his new role he will continue to represent institutional investors, hedge funds and private owners.
With almost three decades of commercial real estate experience, Solarz has arranged las vegas travel bureau more than $6 billion in the sale and acquisition las vegas travel bureau of commercial property throughout the five boroughs, including las vegas travel bureau more than 90 development sites. Adams is a graduate of The University of Maryland College Park and is a member of the NAI Global Industrial Council as well as a two-time winner of the Petruccci Broker of the Year Award. Adams is also a board member of Bethlehem Rotary and Lehigh Valley Industrial Land Recycling.
A 10-year commercial real estate veteran, Shuai has been involved in more than 1.2 million square feet of office and industrial transactions, working with such clients as Blue Bottle Coffee, Goodwill Industries, Menlo Logistics, Broadreach Capital Partners, las vegas travel bureau DCT Industrial, and MWest. las vegas travel bureau Prior to joining JLL, Shuai worked at the Oakland office of Cassidy Turley, which he joined from Oakland-based Clorox Co. in 2004.

Richard Knorr has joined Johnson Capital as a vice president with the firm's Southern California team in Irvine, CA. In his new role, Knorr will advise commercial property investors in the acquisition of debt and equity financing.
With more than 12 years of industry experience, Knorr has been recognized as a top producer las vegas travel bureau for regional commercial banks and credit unions, placing debt and equity on commercial and multifamily properties throughout Inland Empire and across the country, specializing in transactions ranging from $1 million las vegas travel bureau to $20 million.
Knorr most recently served as managing partner at IBC Capital, las vegas travel bureau a commercial mortgage brokerage firm, where he structured permanent debt financing, equity placements, and bridge and construction loans for all property types. Andrina Shields has joined the Phoenix office of Transwestern as a vice president of multifamily investment services. Shields previously served as a regional manager at Alliance Residential, where she oversaw the operation of 3,500 units for multiple owners. He also acted as vice president, business development at Graham Construction and as business development executive at Ledcor Construction. Zonta previously served as a vice president at NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson, and as a broker with Cushman & Wakefield.
Marty Leith has joined ARA Real Estate Investment Services as a managing broker in the firm's Seattle office. He will partner with Gail Neuburg on the ARA Northwest las vegas travel bureau team. In his role, Marty will provide clients with investment advisory services in the Seattle market.
Leith brings 14 years of multifamily brokerage experience to this position, and has more than $750 million of assets for both institutional and private investors. He most recently held the title of associate partner at Hendricks & Partners, and before that was at GVA Kidder las vegas travel bureau Mathews.

"Over the years, I have always maintained a great interest in real estate, primarily as a principal," said Schwartz, who is a graduate of Rice University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
