Tuesday, June 3 broke clear, sunny with 78-degree temperatures as Mother Nature gave Gold Eagle Co. a perfect day to showcase our beautiful european walking tours '71 Custom Camaro for "Car Fix and Hot Rod Power Tour Day" in Chicago!
Gold Eagle Marketing Director Tom Bingham began the festivities by proclaiming June 3 as "Car Fix Day at Gold Eagle." Jared, was all smiles as he received his Proclamation from Tom, along with the book "World's Ugliest Cars" (just to keep him straight) and an awesome radio-controlled '71 Camaro toy car built by Cool Rides Online member Jacob Coffin.
"This is absolutely awesome, I am blown away," said Jared. "I am so impressed by everyone at Gold Eagle for welcoming me and having us build this awesome car. Thank you so much for allowing us to build this car for STA-BIL 360 and for your hospitality."
Then the microphone was passed to Howard Donnally Gold Eagle EVP of Sales, Customer Advocacy, european walking tours Product Engineering who called Matt Banach to the stage to send off Matt and his colleague, National Account Manager Sonny Mendiola, to the 20th Anniversary Hot Rod Power Tour, a seven-cities-in-seven days rolling classic car show.
Howard proclaimed Tuesday, June 3 as "Hot Rod Power Tour Day at Gold Eagle" and presented Matt with some fun gifts and an Official Proclamation and challenge: To embark on a Hot Rod Power Tour Treasure Hunt, find cool items along the route and present them to STA-BIL Engine Answerman™ Bobby Cleveland at the end of the tour.
