Checked in on a Friday night and it took over an hour at midnight. There were only 2 people checking in a line of 50 or more customers and was absurdly slow. However, they put is in a strip view room for waiting and ever since then, it has been a more than pleasant experience. The room is cleaner and better than the one I paid much more for recently travelocity roaming gnome at The Venetian. I would absolutely, 100% without a doubt stay here again. We got a go room and couldn t be happier with it. My only reason for 4 stars was the check in time. My family and I went to Vegas in oct of 2011. When we got there check in was pretty quick but that was the only service at the hotel that was fast. Well for the location, it is awesome. As for the cleanliness, travelocity roaming gnome it was dirty. Our carpet had cigarette burns in it. ( non smoking room). The shower had mold.
