I love going down there, we have been with emerald isle realty for the past 15 yr"s. The house is great love the pool. there was some issues with the upkeep of the house, including lighting, non of the living room lamps worked,(one didnt even have a bulb). The light in the pool did not work (it did last year), and the vents need serius cleaning as they are growing mildew. I cleaned the one above our bed. I know housekeeping does not have the time to do all this nore is it there job, that being said, they should atleast have a x list for this, to then give to the office , so this is dealt with. I would like to stay there again next year if this is takin care of.

Our stay at Paws in the Sand was simply wonderful. The well-stocked modern kitchen, appliances, dishes, and such, provided us the opportunity to take most of our meals at home. With so many cooks in the family, this was a special treat! The pool was such a pleasure to have and use when not swimming in the ocean or sunning on the beach. Morning tea for 6 on the large deck overlooking the ocean is forever ingrained in our memories as is our evening cookout los angeles international airport address by the pool.

Also the smell of the bedspread was so intolerable we had to put it in a separate room. Perhaps a very smelly dog was allowed to sleep on it. Also the downstairs was a bit musty smelling.

This was the perfect house to stay in with several families, all with teenagers. The teens stayed downstairs and the adults stayed upstairs. los angeles international airport address Having the pool also was a plus as it accomodated everyone!
Loved this place... Pool was great, covered porch was a wonderful place for morning coffee. The seats at the end of the boardwalk to the beach was a great place to enjoy the ocean without the sand : )
Centrally located to everything. Right on the beach. The pool is so nice and well taken care of. The accommodation are so comfortable. We stay here often. Will continue to use this house. Emeral Isle Realaty check in and out was so simple. The staff is great! Sincerely, a Regular!
