Hotel Rwanda was an eyeopening film describing the atrocities the jameson inn and devastation linked with the Rwandan Genocide. A man named Paul and his family live peacefully and happily as he is the manager of a Hotel in Rwanda, however things get bad when war breaks out over the Hutu and Tutsi people. In the film, Paul is Hutu which is a good thing seeing as they are the oppressors and won t hurt one of their own however it gets tricky as his wife is Tutsi. Paul uses diversions to keep his family safe along with over 1000 other refugees. the jameson inn At times the movie gets fairly stressful and downright scary but it does a great job displaying what times were like 20 years ago in Rwanda.
The film is very interesting and very informative as it demonstrates the challenges, the violence, the jameson inn the despair that many families and people had to withstand. It s heartbreaking to see these innocent people killed because of a label on their identification cards. Just to think about what it would be like during this time period is unimaginable.
the jameson inn Nothing could really bring justice to the victims of the Rwandan genocide but this movie did help the cause and helped raise awareness to this issue. A lot of people are fortunate and don t even have to think about the things the victims of genocide had to endure but with the making of this film, I think it helped a lot in possibly preventing another one of these massacres of innocent people from happening again.
