We don't do Facebook, but we would put VERY positive remarks if we did. You all said that you would be at the Liberia Hilton Inn at 8:30 a.m. with our car and INDEED you were there with our car and with a representative. Our cooler had a broken handle which resulted in ice flying everywhere, but that resulted in a good laugh, not a big deal. The car seemed at first to be a bit uncomfortable given the lack of shock absorbers, but after traveling sands hotel reno for 7 days through Costa Rica, we understood why the car was as it was. The roads were a bit bumpy. Most importantly, your customer service was terrific. You can't beat that! Thanks.

This year we were met at the airport by one of your staff and driven to your office in Liberia to have the paper work done and pick up our Bego. Anibal had us on the road in minutes and we were at Playa Hermosa enjoying the beach in record time. We will be contacting Vamos again next year and recommend you to anyone going to Costa Rica.
