Philadelphia, PA (April 8, 2013) Philadelphia Black Gay Pride (PBGP) Inc . will again host a Black Pride celebration April 21-28, lancaster pennsylvania hotels 2013 during the Historic Penn Relay Carnival. The celebration marks the 14th Anniversary and has been coined, New Beginnings .
Thousands of people from across the country will be invited to the City of Brotherly Love for a week of information sharing, education and networking.
