The second edition of the South African Travel and Tourism Industry Conference (SATTIC) will be hosted on 9-10 October 2013 in Johannesburg at a venue to be confirmed in due course, the Southern Africa Tourism Services Association (SATSA), the event organisers, said today in a statement.
SATTIC's main objective is to discuss issues of common purpose in the industry, and review bournemouth accommodation progress in the implementation of the country s National Tourism Sector bournemouth accommodation Strategy. The conference is mainly targeted at tourism business executives and product owners, but the organisers are extending bournemouth accommodation an invitation to all stakeholders in the tourism private and public sectors to participate.
This year's event is themed Understanding the Value of the Traveller , and is set to focus on the value and needs of the traveller, with a specific focus on how best to serve consumers through the various products and services available, according to the statement.
SATTIC is a collaboration between five tourism industry associations, bournemouth accommodation namely SATSA, National Accommodation Association of South Africa (NAA-SA), Association of South African Travel Agents bournemouth accommodation (ASATA), Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa (FEDHASA) and the Southern African Vehicle and Leasing Association (SAVRALA). All these organisations are affiliated to the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA).
