Traveling with kids is much more exhausting than doing it alone. There's double, and sometimes trip
There is value in finding good travel tips, especially if you re traveling with kids. Last week I arrived in Cancun, 4 month daughter in tow. Many said I was crazy, but I wanted her to experience friends, sights, and smells as early as possible. I wanted her to fall in love with Mexico just as I did.
Traveling with kids is much more exhausting than doing it alone. There’s double, cheap air flight tickets and sometimes cheap air flight tickets triple the amount cheap air flight tickets of cargo to lug around, cheap air flight tickets which makes every pound count! This was my first time traveling with a baby. Packing list after packing list the revisions never seemed to end. The entire process became an obsession.
In Mexico the variety of diapers is lacking. Also consider the sizing. My daughter is a 2 at home and between a 2 and 3 in Mexico. The one thing I believe in is buying good quality cheap air flight tickets diapers, but in Mexico the lower quality is more readily available than the premium.
So, taking into consideration the above my suggestion don t stress if you can only bring a days worth of diapers. Diapers are also sold in Oxxos (convient cheap air flight tickets store chain) . But, if you can spare the space, stuff every available corner with a diaper.
When considering a new brand of food the best option is to note all the ingredients from your current brand, and compare when you arrive in Mexico. A little cheap air flight tickets leg work, but finding cheap air flight tickets the right formula is important.
If you still sterilize bottles then consider microwaveable cheap air flight tickets bags. They are not the most ecologically friendly option, but they free up time, and time is priceless on vacation. Each bag fits 4 small bottles, and lasts 20 nukes. I paid $18 for a box of 5.
If you are traveling to a hot climate try and give your baby water. Keep a 3 oz. bottle of distilled baby water on hand, and throughout cheap air flight tickets the day sneak in a few sips. If you feel your baby might be dehydrated check the soft spot on her head. If it is sunken in than she might need to hydrate.
Managing feedings while en route to your destination can be a bit of a juggling act. Someone suggested I buy pre-made formula. A case of 6 lasts me about a day. They are more expensive, but the extra cost is definitely cheap air flight tickets worth it.
Share body wash with your kids. Cutting out excess liquids lightens your luggage by an easy few pounds. When I am faced with an overweight bag I always take out the toiletries. If you plan to do a trip to the grocery store the day you arrive cheap air flight tickets then I would suggest you buy all those necessities when you get to Cancun. It’s also a third the price! Now you can justify the added costs from pre-made formula.
This was a tough one. Along with 3 toys, and 1 teether I brought a handful of books (the best traveling companions). Kid’s books are lightweight, and slide nicely down the side of any suitcase or carry-on. Hardcover books can also be used as a table. The perfect workstation for colouring or eating.
When considering a rental unit always confirm fans throughout the house, or better yet air conditioning! If you’re traveling to Cancun with kids in the summer months there is nothing that will save you from the heat, the breeze is adds no reliefand the nights are no cooler. AC is a must if you’re traveling with kids July, August, and September.
Downtown cheap air flight tickets Cancun has it all. Throughout the city you will find Walmarts, Chedrauis, Mega Stores, and Sorianas. Through my experience I have found Walmart to have the best selection cheap air flight tickets of food, and diapers.
In the beginning the task did seem a little overwhelming, but now that I m done it really isn t too bad. Traveling with kids does not have to be difficult. All you need is a little strategic planning, and patience.
